By booking any of my services, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the information below.

Legal Disclaimer

All readings, sessions, and questions answered should at no time be regarded as professional legal, medical, psychological, financial, or business advice and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. I urge you to consult with an appropriate licensed professional if you seek any such advice. For legal reasons, I have to advise you that readings are for entertainment purposes only. 

Confidentiality

All information about the client and conversations with the client will be kept confidential. No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without the permission of the client.

From time to time, the nature of the session may be shared, without any client identifying details, for educational purposes. 

All information discussed in each session is confidential with two exceptions: (1) when a client poses a danger to themselves or others, or (2) when requested by a court of law.

Refunds

Due to the energetic nature of my work, I am not able to offer refunds on any of my services, for any reason.

If you or I had to cancel due to extreme life events, then I would allow for a reschedule for live sessions only.

Canceling or Rescheduling Your Live Reading or Session

Cancellation or rescheduling within less than 24 hours will result in the loss of your appointment and payment. In the case of rescheduling, I will attempt to reschedule you at a later time when an opening is available.

There is a fifteen-minute grace period for each appointment with the exception of 30-minute appointments which have a five-minute grace period. After the grace period, there is not enough time for a full session. You will be responsible for the full fee for a missed or late session. If you are within the grace period, you will be seen for the remainder of the scheduled session, not to extend past the allotted time.

No cancellations or refunds are available for emailed intuitive readings.

Audio/Video Recordings (For Services with Recording Available)

Services with recording available are recorded digitally and will be sent after your reading or session. You are responsible for downloading and saving your recording. 

I am not able to guarantee recording quality. I cannot protect against technical or mechanical failure during a live reading or session.

I do not give permission for any private recordings to be shared outside of myself and you, the client.

Miscellaneous

You must be at least 18 years of age.

I reserve the right to refuse to do or continue a service for any reason without explanation. This is the only case in which I will give you a refund, but only if the service was not started. 

I cannot and will not read for another person besides the person who booked the service.

Not all readings are 100% accurate, these matters are influenced by free will and will constantly differ. 

Personal readings and sessions are not allowed to be published on any other platform. You agree you will not publish your reading, session, or any other content belonging to me, Dani Benitez, or my business, Abundant Chaos.

I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my services.

Any and all decisions you make and your actions you choose to take as a result of your reading or session are your sole responsibility and are not the responsibility of me, Dani Benitez or my business, Abundant Chaos. Use your own common sense, judgment, and discernment.

Release of All Claims

By booking a service with me, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Dani Benitez, my business, Abundant Chaos, and my employees or anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me or my business as a result of any information arising out of a service you received from me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I, my business, or anyone associated with me or my business, or any other participant in the service provided currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your service provided by me, Dani Benitez. 

You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Dani Benitez, Abundant Chaos, and any person associated with Dani Benitez or Abundant Chaos, as a result of Dani Benitez’s actions, omissions, and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Dani Benitez, Abundant Chaos, and all persons associated with Dani Benitez and Abundant Chaos, from any and all claims, actions, and/or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims.
