Nobody else but you has ever lived in your body and had the exact same experiences at the same time, in the same place, with the same people. This is what makes you unique. Your uniqueness is also where your greatest gifts can be found when you learn to transform your life experiences into the fuel that propels you to create your own masterpiece of a life. 

You do not have to settle for less. A sense of unfulfillment in your life can stem from a disconnection from your heart and true essence. Events or emotions may arise, trying to guide you back home to yourself. Learning to follow your inner guidance and being open to receiving spiritual guidance can help you realign with your true essence and the dreams held within your heart. 

Spiritual life coaching with me is a journey of discovering and embodying your true potential. It involves learning to transform pain and chaos into wisdom and abundance—abundance in the form of love, joy, harmony, and peace. By tuning into your true essence, you can begin to heal and transform yourself and your life. 

I advocate becoming an observer of the ego through loving awareness. You are not your ego; you are the awareness of it. Through a loving awareness, you can undertake shadow work from a place of love and become an observer of the feelings, emotions, and thoughts that arise, rather than identifying with them or avoiding them.

Love is at the center of what I do. This does not mean everything will be sugar-coated and easy. It means that I will help you discover what has been truly holding you back and keep you accountable along your transformation, from a place of compassion and honesty. I will encourage and empower you to create change within yourself and your life, not from a place of shame, but from a place of love and compassion for yourself and the life you deserve. 

Only you hold the answers you seek. You may have forgotten how to seek them within instead of outside of yourself. Many have. It is okay. It can be a beautiful and magical process to remember. My goal as an spiritual life coach is to empower and encourage you on your journey to remember the wisdom that has always existed within you. I empower and encourage you to carve your own path. I use the spiritual guidance I receive to guide you and help you learn how to do that for yourself without my help. 

Spiritual life coaching with me entails three or six months (your choice) of working together with spiritual guidance to tap into tools and strategies that will help you access your inner wisdom and power to overcome personal challenges in your life. We dive deep into your fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs with love and compassion so that you are no longer carrying what no longer serves you.
